A cyclist is in critical condition after being knocked from her bike on Oak Road, Clondalkin on Friday afternoon around 3.30.

Gardai are looking for anyone who was around at the time, and especially people with dashcam or helmetcam footage: contact Clondalkin Garda Station on 01 6667600, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.

Woman in critical condition after she was knocked off her bike in west Dublin

A WOMAN IS in a critical condition in hospital after she was knocked off her bike by a car in west Dublin.

The woman (30) was cycling on the Oak Road in Clondalkin when the incident occurred at around 3.30pm on Friday.

I did see a fundraiser for this - the cyclist is a young Brazilian lady married to an Irish guy apparently, and they are raising funds to bring her mother over from Brazil.
