I watched King Lear set in a modern England with the original dialogue using a stunning cast on BBC. Anthony Hopkins as Lear was all I would have wanted in a modern presentation. Presenting him as a tramp pushing a shopping cart in a shopping centre was great. It show the extent of his fall so well.. Well worth a viewing…
