Amazon fire stick Vs Roku stick

Hi, I was going to pruchase the Amazon Fire stick but it seems the latest version does not work in ROI and the older version may not support all apps. I was then going to purchase a Roku stick but want the apps Spotify, All4 (4oD) and Amazon Video to work. Can anyone confirm if they do? Thanks
