Broadband lines to new build house

Hi - I'm wondering if you can help. I'm moving into a new build house shortly and I've been informed by the builders that there are Eir lines in for broadband. I want to confirm that before I sign up to anything. As I work from home at times, having internet connected quickly is important to me. Thanks in advance.
