Good day everyone, could you tell me if you intend (or already are) using blockchain technology in foreseeable future? Banks are starting to look into Bitcoin, Ethereum smart contracts and most importantly in Ripple products (xCurrent being used by Santander, SBI and other major central banks).

Your bank tends to sway to digital format, and so blockchain of any sorts would be next logical step. Are there any plans on utilizing ledger technology by BOI? Will you offer and manage cryptocurrency accounts and services? Thank you.

    Hi Precedens,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

We don't have this facility at the moment and we don't have any update on when and if this will be coming in. If this does change please be assured that we'll update our customers here on boards.

    Thanks again,
    Darren.
