I think I have a rat in house I got house rewired few months ago, also next door got a massive extension so it may have unearthed a nest. Under the drawer in kitchen there was always a hole under the gas hob for pipes so I'd say they got in there. The dog sniffs and barks at skirting and kickboards and a packet of biscuits…
