    Hi Guys,

Looking for some information on pricing for the electrical fitout if a house in Cork.

Was hoping what are the going rates that Sparkys are charging for a double socket and lighting point.

    Any advice is appreciated!!

You're going to need to put up more information.
Overall size and type of house, number of rooms, approx points of all required, materials provided or spark to supply.

If a spark had to come out to run one new socket in a difficult location it could be a couple hundred euro but 100 economies of scale will mean that the greater the number required, the smaller the unit price.

Sorry mate house is a 4 bedroom 2500sq new build I was thinking about 45 double sockets & 40 lighting points (mixture of spot and pendants) and obviously the other standard items that are required electric shower, cooker, smokes and heating controls.
