Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I'm old enough to have worked through (and in... arguably for) the inception, tentative embracement and ultimate proliferation of the intertubes.

    Whilst I can appreciate the advancements (how I shudder at the term "Internet Of Things" - Hey! Relate to the proletariat? Things! Dumb that sh!t down!) - our ability to *learn* and/or *remember* has been irrevocably lost.

    So, to answer ABG's question, we'll all die out because we'll be fatally hit by a self-driving car whilst we're taking a photo of a piece of tarmac that looks uncanningly like Jesus Christ or Kim KarX*, prior to posting it on FaceyGram.

    (* I am somewhat heartened that our lord and saviour, Google, couldn't autosuggest; There's hope yet... but give it time.)
