Hi, I have a mobile on site in a caravan park in Wexford that is worth about 5 grand, I thought I could sell the site but have been told that the owners claim the site and I can't sell it, just wondering if anyone else knows how this works? I know I could ask the owners directly but want to see my rights or where I stand before I approach them. I pay site fees every year. Thanks

You usually only have a lease on mobile home sites for the land. You need to check your lease documents or what ever documents you got when you got the site and see what they say about transferring the site to others.

Thanks, it originally belonged to my late parents so have no documents unfortunately. Thanks for the reply though, I never thought of that.
