Private investigator in Portugal

My mother had a fall in a pool in Portugal and fractured her back and had to wear a back brace for 9 months. Unfortunately when she fell she didn't take any pictures of the pool, even though she thought it was poorly lit and contributed to her fall.

She now wants to take an insurance claim against the hotel and travel agent. The solicitor has asked her to get pictures of the pool in Portugal. Does anyone know of a Private investigator service in Portugal that specialise in this type of work?

Maybe a retired expat garda living in the Faro region of Portugal.

Was the incident reported to the operators/agents and documented at the time?

Yes, the incident was reported to travel agent as they arranged for a doctor to come and see her

Why would you sue the travel agent?

Because the contract was between the traveller and the travel agent
