I want to replace the cord on my Parasol and I cant get the plastic housing off from around the crank handle without feeling I will snap it. There was a crew which I have removed but the two plastic rings at each end of the housing seem to be holding all together. They don't want to move and I think they will just crack If I use a screw driver to force. Any ideas?
