Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Leicester should have too much tonight for a patchwork Scarlets outfit.

Leicester are pretty bad of late, I can see the scarlets winning this. nice dry night will suit the.

Tuilagi butchered a certain try there

edit: had a man with both arms out pleading for the ball only a couple of feet from him

Leicester are playing well. Tuilagi had a great break up the right wing.

It's a completely legitimate issue to complain about the time keeping of the game. It was a massive opportunity and moment.

But the notion they'll secure a replay is ridiculous and quite embarrassing of Craig. Bath blew it themselves. Suck it up.

Let Bath be number 9 in the quarter finals.

Same happened to Ireland at half time in the second test against Australia except that Bath's was much more obvious and it was at full time which is far more critical.

The Irish players were fairly incensed at the ref in the Australia game so I can only imagine how Bath feel.

Still - they'll never, ever win the battle of public opinion given the opportunities butchered in the closing stages. They may have forgiven Freddy but the public aren't done mulling it over.

Scarlets need to let the Tigers run themselves out of steam, bit of composure and they should take this.
As I said that Jones threw to a lad that wasn't looking.

Scarlets 11/4 to win atm. Not bad

Scarlets doing well at the breakdown. Can't rewind but it seems like Poite is missing little knock-ons here and there. Gave advantage over very quickly to Leicester too at another stage

    Slid in from the 22!

    Another great Scarlets try.

    Edit: looks short

Healy is bizarre as a commentator, he's like a fella that sits down next to ya in the pub and it's his first season following rugby

To be fair, he's vastly improved since then. I think he's one of the better refs out there

Steff Evans is playing like he's a point to prove

Super phases of play there, Scarlets attack and nearly score and Leicester work a score through turnover, multiple phases, great passing and handling, pick and go-ing. Good first half

Not that I necessarily think it should be a YC but should that not have been a yellow for Cole?

Yeah. I'm kinda supporting Leicester here. Hard to watch them sink so low, such a top club with great supporters. And Geordan Murphy of course. :)

Cheering for Scarlets personally, love their brand of rugby and it's good for the profile of the pro14 if them or Ulster are progressing.

Also, they're kind of 'our' team to beat, can't be letting anyone else get one over on them.

Yeah, but you have to throw the Premiership a bone every so often or they'll throw the toys out of the pram and have a brexit. Best to sacrifice a game with a Welsh minnow or Scottish headbanger. Otherwise you'll have them looking for replays or some such nonsense.

    Leicester destroying Scarlets scrum

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

I know that wasn't intentional as he tripped but May prevented Jones from catching it.
    Penalty all day.

Leicester will probably score here too, bad luck for Scarlets.

Definitely a penalty. Surprised it wasn't given.

    Lovely rip by Davies.

Scarlets just about out of Europe here. They aren't the force they were, some of the squad losses (Beirne being a notable absence) have really weakened their squad. I feel they are on the far side of their 'peak' now, hope they don't dip too much and rebuild quickly.

European debut at 20, hairline at 44 for the Scarlets winger.

Ha ha - it was exactly what came to mind given the camera angle and the commentator referencing his age!

If you're watching Munster vs Gloucester from Channel 4 on Saturday. It apparently will be done with Ryle Nugent & Jamie Heaslip doing commentary from Thomond Park.

Ryle Nugent will be the main Channel 4 commentator for Ireland's November Internationals.

I don't think he's covering it, Miles Harrison just tweeted about the game and the "subplots" he seems to be their European Cup guy.
