Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's annoying that racing benefit from Zebo diving. If Pearce was gonna check that anyway fair enough, but if he checked it because of Zebo I think it needs to be a penalty reversal or something.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Zebo was most likely under the posts there, Toulouse lucky not to concede a penalty try?
Can't give a penalty try for that. There was a defensive line in front of him.

Yellow should have been given though. Was he definitely offside?

Also was Dupont (the intecepter) offside, or someone else?

Racing tackle success is at an incredible 56%.

The forwards are telling Pearce to **** off when he's asking them to reset. Madness.

Was only thinking that afterwards, dont think the ref ever said who specifically was offside, so it mightn't have been Dupont after all.

Will be amazed if Toulouse don't pick off an interception before the game is up.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Toulouse need to score in the next 5 minutes or they're done. Racing are almost certainly going to score at least one more time and Toulouse simply don't have the gas to do something in the closing stages.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Some incredible hits going in up front now. Test match physicality.

    teddy thomas injured?

Extra man really telling how. Racing eating up space for themselves but have an overlap every time.

    Yellow for Racing.

    Getting very interesting now.

This is the most bizarre game I've ever watched.

Wow. What an intercept run. Savage game this. Knockout rugby at its best.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

Excellent - Toulouse finally get their chance. Stupid of Imhoff.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Unreal. Huge momentum shift. Toulouse slot this and it's 14 a side for all but 4 minutes at the end.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,905 ✭✭✭yosser hughes

Sounds like there's more Toulouse fans there than Racing. Fascinating game.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

Ramos should have started. Mad they benched him to be honest.

    Great intercept from Toulouse.

Vakatawa just kept the game alive for Racing.

Thought it was a definite case of holding on but he did brilliantly.

Did the drop goal not occur to Toulouse at all?

Yep. I thought they were hanging on a bit but then the momentum changes again. Still in the balance.

Both sides butchering chances when they've men over. Just eat up each other's space. Racing all over the place in back line defence again.

It's the 10 that's off, isn't it? Don't know if any other player can manage it.

Richie Gray you twot. Mind you, he must be knackered.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,905 ✭✭✭yosser hughes

Stupid penalty by Gray there. Could be very costly

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,245 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Thomas Ramos is their first choice kicker and on the field. Has done it before.

And that could be the game. After all the hard work two penalties in a minute costs them a try.

That's a knock on in the lineout.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

Squeaky bum time with that miss.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    Crucial tackle.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,201 ✭✭✭troyzer

Toulouse an absolute rabble in defense. Racing had a 5 man overlap on the right wing and couldn't get the ball out.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,201 ✭✭✭troyzer

    **** sake.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    That was criminal by Toulouse.

They could, but for some odd reason chose not to.

Toulouse player fouled in the air. That's a great spot from the linesman.
