Hahah yes, I recently figured out that...no...that is probably not the world's tiniest mosquito ever-present beside my ear, but more likely tinnitus. Thankfully, it is relatively minor

If anyone remembers the high-pitched whine a TV tube would make from 2 rooms away, that is what I am constantly hearing.
Funnily enough, I couldn't hear a TV tube anymore, age and rock music have cost me quite a few kHz off my hearing range...
