    Last night I had 80 Euro in my account, this morning I now have a deficit of 119 Euro. What the hell is going on? Why am I down 200 Euro? Can you please give me a number that I can talk to an ACTUAL person and not this automatic crap you have.

    I am fed up with BOI. Time for a change!

    Thanks for getting in touch with your query.

    You can call 0818 365 365 / 00353 140 44000 and an Advisor can check why there is now a deficit showing on your account. Our colleagues are available Mon-Fri 8am-12 midnight. Weekends 9am-6pm. Please select option 1,2 and then 2 again to reach an Advisor.

    They can go through the transactions and check if any pending transactions may have caused the account balance to decrease.
