Broadband not working in Dundrum

    Hi There - do you experience any technical issues in Dundrum today (13 June) ? I got a call from client trying to restart her broadband and we did all diagnostic steps and failed? I asked her to wait but would like to know if I have to go and see her router ?
    Appreciate your help.
