So GDPR arrived and we got all these work emails where you had to opt back in to marketing emails & no response was considered an opt out.

Some company's seem to be working around this with emails like

So Do You Really Not Want To hear About Our Great Offers etc..

Any thoughts on this & how it should be tackled?
