Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any update on the Kerry panel?

Hi Kerry gold, got assigned a position on Monday... I was around number 12 on Batch 2.1, so it is moving fairly well. Best of luck

Finally some movement on the Galway panel. I just got placed in batch 4, having done the other stages for the Clare one.

Results from stage 2 longford are out...

  • Registered Users Posts: 17 CL17

Just got results from Stage 2. Amazingly I passed, genuinely thought I'd have failed the numerical as i felt it went so badly.
In batch 6 for Cork now but it's Kerry I want and no word from that. Just happy to know I passed stage 2 if I eventually got a call for Kerry.

The batch number is at top of the message.

    Our Ref: Batch x

OOM only is after stage 1 and they don't give batches.

  • Registered Users Posts: 41 sgarvey

Oh yes sorry I see it now... its batch 4 OOM 6 so hopefully they get that far

Similar to myself, OOM 16 in Tipperary.

They are placing end batch 2, start batch 3 now.

And if called for interview, very easy jump more places in OOM.

I jumped a good few places with stage 2 results.

Grand to be still rolling in it all the same and you'd never know.

  • Registered Users Posts: 41 sgarvey

Wonder how many is there in a batch approximately??

  • Registered Users Posts: 16 Sra360

OOM 25 for Waterford, Batch 6 received. Happy I got one as I thought I had messed up the reading assessment, is 25 a good number or will I be waiting a long time to get called for an interview? Thanks!

  • Registered Users Posts: 44 Teresa94

Any idea when the interviews will begin in longford?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 957 ✭✭✭MuffinTop86

I rang earlier to find out about Galway. They’re currently on Batch 3 with one left to place. Will then generally move on to batch 4, however there maybe a batch 3.1 created.

Anyway just got a call back from the number there but it was buried in my bag. Rang straight back and got some market research recorded message.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi are you batch 5? What location have you applied for?
I'd say leave plenty of time to find the place, coz I was a bit puzzled
It's right beside jervis shopping centre
So if you Google map it that should help!
I'm not from Dublin so I'm unfamiliar with dublin

The email invite shows shows three areas they will focus on, just have some personal. Examples in those areas. It's really just a go/no go interview, nothing hard. They mark you but you only need half the marks to pass and it don't affect your oom

As far as I know it does affect your OOM, I know someone who got in recently and was OOM15 and after interview was OOM7

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 957 ✭✭✭MuffinTop86

It does affect your OOM. It didn’t used to I don’t think, but does now.

Would the fact that people have got jobs and are therefore off the panel not push people’s OOM up the list regardless of interview performance?

Limerick still on oom 20 batch 5.

    No movement this week. 😭

  • Registered Users Posts: 41 sgarvey

Does anybody know is it possible to move up in batches after interview?? I'm in 4.1 @ the minute, if I did good interview could I move to batch 3??? I know u can move within a batch as in from 4.3 to 4.1, but not sure about moving from 4 to batch 3.. TIA

I was 29 before and after the interview. Catwomen was behind me initially and then ahead after the interview( well done by the way).
