iphone SE IOS 11.4 issues

    Hi

    I updated the software at weekend but now on 4G:

    - can receive/send whatsapp messages but cannot receive/send multimedia like pictures

    - safari works perfectly

    - facebook gives me network issue

    WiFi works perfect.

    Any suggestions? Only happened this week so assume it's 11.4 ios update issue.
