Don't panic, there's a clearance on the way. Cloud over Wexford but already just to the East you can see the big blue sky approaching. :)

Satellite showing cloud cover clearing quite quickly now from the south and west. Those areas cloudy now should be sunny by lunchtime latest I would think.

I'm liking the look of MT's forecast this morning, much more positive for next week than what I saw on the BBC last night.
They are saying the Atlantic wins next week but MT saying a reload of sun and warmth after a brief interlude of thundery showers.

Very small amount of precipitation just starting now in Mountmellick.
Thin but widespread cloud cover this morning here. Darkened in the last hour, but still mostly fine looking cloud cover.
A sort of a hazy mist apparent. With the odd bigger drop. Got one on the ceann as I watered out back.
A little shower would be a gift right now.

Edit. This was at 830am. Connectivity bedamned!

I see there is a little lightening off out near the "border" of the Celtic sea and the North Atlantic, for want of a better description, a decent bit south west of Kerry..
