Wheelbuilding washers

I am building a wheel for an old triumph twenty, with a Sturmey-Archer hub.
Not happy with how the spoke elbows are sitting with the hub flanges, so I want to try putting on washers, but I have no idea where they might be available...
Anyone have any idea where I might be able to get my hands on 2mm washers for this?

I got a packet of 100 M2 brass washers from ebay lately for less than 2euro but I think I was waiting over 2 months for delivery. They fit nicely but are a little tight going over the spoke thread.

oof. Not sure I fancy waiting that amount of time - I was hoping to have this rebuild finished and usable for at least some of the summer this year =0)

I might try to splash out for quicker shipping, but now half wondering if some craft shops or the likes might have some...
