Hi,

I recently bought a second hand home in June 2018.

The 2000 euro was subject to DIRT at 37 percent which left me with 1260 euro.

Can I claim this DIRT back?

I am finding conflicting information online.

Conditions for a DIRT refund are here: https://www.revenue.ie/en/personal-tax-credits-reliefs-and-exemptions/land-and-property/first-time-buyers-relief/index.aspx

The refund essentially applied up to 31 December 2017.
