Doing Up Pre Build

    Looking for costs for below: Building already pre built building by six years. Build is approx 30 sq foot.

    Replacing roof joists of 4x2 with 7x2 (re-using own tiles)
    Ceilings inside
    Warmboarding of one room (approx 5 and 4 boards)
    New Electrics and Fuse Board
    3 Heater Pannels
    Stronger feed to flat
    12 LED Spotlights
    Forming new bathroom, cutting out for waste pipes (down pathway to main shore), fitting of new suite (Bathroom is tiny, big enough to fit 90m2 shower and toilet with possibly small basin)
    Tiling labour of of bathroom suite
    2 new full glazed doors or velux/roof light (For small bathroom)
    Blocking up old doorway and moving to other end of wall
    Plaster to finish all.

    Any ideas of pricing on same. I have a huge difference in quotes from builders ranging from 8K to 24K!:eek:
