    Second thread of the day due to my survey

    There is a small 80sqf extension on the back of a house that I am sale agreed on. It's tilling appears to be aspestos so I would be looking to get it replaced(removal by licenced contractors). The flashing attaching it to the house is also not recessed enough. The roof is pitched

    I was just wondering if ye would have any idea what kind of price I might be looking at to fix the flashing and replace the aspestos

    I have read on another thread that tiling is around €80-100/sqf but that was an old thread. Would this be accurate?

    All the help is greatly appreciated
