Guta of 180k on a house 35% as the house valued at 500k with the mortgage currently with ub variable rate as we are changing to as long a fixed as we can get however the most of the bank can give us is four years at 2.6% I think otherwise we're looking to move to kbc which is a bit of messing around changing mortgage and surveyors and new valuation solicitors fees etc and they're offering a 10 year fixed 3.05% which i think it was previously lower about 6 months ago but we missed out on that any advice most welcome thank you.
