Technology/Innovation for game improvement .

    Folks

    I suspect most of us have a distance devices such as a GPS watch or range finder. These items have become, for most part, an essential part of the game and as such there is no doubting their usefulness.

    However there are multiple items of 'golf technology' that are becoming quite common place. These often leave us thinking that we are missing out of the latest game improvement technology. These technologies include swing analysers, distance measurement devices, etc.

    What are the opinions of the seasoned golfers on the forum on these devices. Have you found such items to be useful or have the glistening package and it promises failed to live up to expectations. I include links of examples. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list, just a sample. By all means add to this list. I am more interested in hearing your own experiences of the usefulness of these type of technologies. Do they live up to expectation?
