Wages getting bounced back

    Hi,
    Hopefully someone can help me.
    So I gave my new employer (also boi) my bank details, bic iban and sort code, the sort code I gave is not in my iban as my bank is apparently now a sub branch? Anyway the payment bounced back to my employer. This week they tried the sort code in my iban but it still isn't in my account. What's going on?

    Thanks Mjolnir for getting in touch with us here today.

    It might be best to check when they sent the payment, perhaps they missed the cut off time if they're using Business Online to transfer funds?

    To look into it further, the sender, your employer would need to get in touch with their Branch to investigate from their side.
