    Sorry. This...

Fair point, maybe then the bg completed a task? I'm just throwing guesses out

I already said that I think day one ffa's are a bit of a dice roll and I don't feel I've enough to definitely pin anyone yet. Of the three I did nominate I figured Mary made the most sense to get rid of. At least Tegan and Ewan are playing the game and wolves who talk are more likely to get caught. Either we lynched a very quiet wolf with Mary or we lynched a villager who didn't want to help.

    is a response to this...

Maybe. But would a failed task lead to Fiona being named then? Wouldn't that just not show up, or show up way more generically, rather than let us know Fiona was targeted?

Gert, Nigel, Clodagh....would a wolf have voted for a Mary as top fFa pick, thinking they'd be safe to do so?

I'd be hugely disappointed if a wolf only posted 4 or 5 times in day one. That, straight up, isn't playing.

Neither, mind, is villagers doing the same.

I’m thinking the bg completed a task to gain a warning of an attack.

    Also, re blocked votes.

Is there a chance the baddies have a power to block two people's votes a night then?

    Updated Win Conditions

For a village win (The goodies) they simply have to kill all the baddies..... simples. When the last baddie dies, the village wins.

For the baddies to win they have to ensure the other evil side is dead and gain parity of the numbers to win with the village.

Duffer, are those votes in reverse chronological order, as i placed my vote on Mary when you reposted the lynch link at around 3 or 4.

    Correct, Latest vote first

That's what I assumed. Which is why I thought it important to state who I voted for and why Gabriel should do the same.

Okay, mods not co-operating when I ask about this. For the record, I voted for Desmond. I was quite vocal about my reasons. Now who would have wanted me not to vote for Desmond.

Gabriel, who did you vote for?

I voted Mary. Haven’t a clue why it was blocked.

I always find quiet posters who look like they know the run of the game as suspect. I didn’t have an obvious choice but had actually voted for Mary earlier before she became a popular choice. When she looked like an obvious target and didn’t come out as a goody or even put up a decent defence I felt the worst case was a disinterested villager or an apathetic wolf playing it cool.

I didn’t tune in against Mary cause I didn’t want to look like I was doing some big villagey thing by clearing up Steve’s bullet and then getting the crowd to go after Mary. The truth is that I wasn’t sure about Mary but didn’t have anybody obvious else in mind.

Side....as in....there's more than one evil on the other team?

Though, Desmond was never really in the running for lynching. Only Ewan and I voted for him in our FFAs. So maybe wolves blocked to send us down the wrong track?

Seems even odder that someone got a role pm that told them they were a German Shepherd dog. Good luck hiding around Walford with that

I assumed it was just flavour, but ye think otherwise?

The pre Lynch totals had Mary at 5 votes, but mostly as a round up third choice from what I can tell. Smart wolves would vote for anyone else to stay hidden then?

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 3,202 ✭✭✭Jake WW

Can someone clarify, is there tasks in game?

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 3,600 ✭✭✭Nigel WW

I'm pretty sure nobody can clarify anything

Detective Barbara is adding a third column to her list.

    "Trusted", "not trusted", "useful idiot".

    Gone quiet

Have we hit that part of the night where everyone hides until the munch now.

So that confirms at least one other bad team then, presumably an SK

Seems likely there’s some sort of ability in play. I doubt baddies can block two, that seems overpowered, but maybe it’s one village and one wolf block

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 3,600 ✭✭✭Nigel WW

Well I'm packing it in anyways.

Dunno what way I'll get to post tomorrow, I'm back at work. I'll definitely be back on around lunch time though.

No idea, seems odd to have wellard as a role though. Still unsure quite what happened there beyond introducing us to nick.

The Mary lynch was odd too. She seemed an afterthought on ffas yet somehow she had 3 clean and 1 blocked vote at the end without any real wagon. It’s probably worth looking tomorrow at where the votes that went to Mary might have moved from since I don’t recall anyone really pushing her.

If Steve was killed by the Alphagun then the only person he could have aimed at is Riona.

If someone killed him (and not him with his own banana gun) then we must have an evil vigilante?

    Does that make sense?

Why an evil vigilante and not just a vigilane that made an error?
Why does this vig have to be evil?

Rule 34 hunt has so far yielded a picture of Phil Grant getting himself off. Not the most inspiring, but you lot being so quiet is driving me to this. I miss Steve, he'd be posting loads of stupid gifs now to keep us amused as everyone hides under their rocks.

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 3,146 ✭✭✭Barbara WW

Wait, no. not Phil. I meant their sister Loni.

I'm not looking up gay porn in my boredom.

This is what happens when "Steve" and Beaker don't play btw. Loads of downtime.

Nobody even took the time to bury Steve . . Look at him , still waiting to pick somebody to shoot . . .

I'm leaning towards not believing the whole "backfiring gun" scenario, cause its so bloody absurd.

But god, I really hope its true cause that would have been such a hilarious moment looking from the outside in. A series of unfortunate events.

It’s a fair point - is grant, Walfords loveable psycho, likely to be team good? We’re assuming he’s village vig or something but I would have called him as a wrong un

mods announce gun was found, everybody checks their pms, steve comes back, and says yeah, i have the gun and will fire it with the consensus of the village. if he is wolf, why does he draw attention to himself? he just kills a villager, bang, done, nobody the wiser to who got the gun.

Can you elaborate on why you would call him a wrong un?

Gabriel, who did you vote for?

I think maybe these people didn't put the right password in for the lynch hence the votes were blocked?

I can't imagine actual votes being blocked somehow. But you never know I guess. Depends on the mods.
