They used to have a good service but now it's impossible to solve problems that arise because seemingly all their staff have been replaced by chatbots while the owners are living a life of hedonism in the Bahamas. They have a habit for sending incomplete information to the couriers and when things go wrong the only option…

They have a habit for sending incomplete information to the couriers and when things go wrong the only option the chatbot has for you is "rebook".

Anyone else notice the deterioration?
