    This heat is really doing a big number on my hayfever , sneezing 20 times a day and sick as a dog but never the less gonna hit the beach soon

    Don't forget to leave out some water and seeds on the bird tables.
    The ground is so hard now that it's not as easy for the birds to forage for worms and they've no puddles to drink from.
    I made a little bath for them on my table by turning an old hard hat upside down and filling it with water.

    My spadges are doing fine catching grubs.. and when the swallows fly low they are after flies and plenty of them around.
