    The building generates enough electricity for its own needs, and to charge electric cars parked in the basement. Summer heat is stored in deep boreholes during the summer, and used to heat the place in the winter. Every worker has a mobile app to control their space. Deloitte has about 2’500 workers there - but they only need half that in terms of desks etc.
