    Hi BOI,

    How can someone close a mortgage or goal saver account with Bank of Ireland ?

    Can this be done online ?

    Thanks for your post.

    You can request to close these types of accounts by clicking on the Withdraw Funds button next to the account name on 365 Home page, if you've the account added to view online. This will then give you the option to close the account as well. 
    If you don't have the account added to view on 365 Online then please send a message through Ask a Question option on the Service Desk. An advisor will then reply to you to confirm this.
