Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Really interesting interview on RTE 1 radio at the moment about this.

Offenders can appeal to be taken off the sex offenders registers, a lot of people would not be aware of that.

Should offenders be allowed to appeal to have their name taken off the register?

The interviewer challenged her rapist right to have his name taken off the sex offenders register she was 11 and he was 16 when he raped her, interestingly she does believe in some very narrow circumstances the offender should be allowed to appeal to have their name take off the register.

I actually did not know someone could have their name take off the register. The Garda objected to him having his name removed as well.
