    Hi All,

    Just wondering if you have a court fine for minor offences but leave the country with no plans to return what happens? Offences are section 2, 6 & 8.

    Realise that if you ever come back, there may be an arrest warrant with your name on it. Who knows why you come back, maybe work sends you here?

    If the fine is not paid an arrest warrant will be issued. If the convict is back in the country again and comes to garda attention, Pulse will be checked and the warrant will be activated.
