Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There going to make an example of this pair if they can link them to the drones. Part of me did wonder if such a kafuffle was made so it would be easier to push through more legislation.

    Jail time for sure.

Last full moon of the year. The December full moon is known as The Cold Moon. The full month in each month have different names- Jan is the Wolf moon, october the Hunter moon. Named I believe by the native Americans. If there are two full moons in a month the second one is known as a Blue Moon.

On a similar subject, Astronomers are saying that there will be a lot if meteorites about tonight and with bright sky should be very visible

I love a bit of blue moon of Kentucky if I’m listening to a bit of music on YouTube

    What age ??

Our youngest is 10 and I thought she was done, but after a really convincing Santa visit she’s sold again.

Santa was prep’d with information and delivered it well, she was all bravado going in but when he could name her favourite pony from the riding school and her cats names she was taken back and went very quiet.

Not into GAA, but decided l'd support a neighbouring club while visiting friends.

Attached is the ticket. Just goes to show how connected the GAA and farming are!!

I think they are good prizes by the way. But the wife's family (city folk) got a great laugh when they saw the prizes saying it had to be a windup!!

I could see their point! :D

Yea, school is the weak link.

I’m glad to get this one at least and we’ll see from there.

Sher Santa is still coming to our 16yo, so I can’t see it stopping anytime soon either.

3rd prize, 6 bales of silage.
Depending who makes it that’s a decent prize there.

Was picking up pigs from butcher yesterday, they killed to 60/65kg each,

setting up for a heifer kill during the summer.
    €80 to kill & €160 to butcher.

He said 500kg be nice for a hex heifer for the freezer for two houses.

The twins are elves on the local Santa village. They have being having a ball reading all the info and winding up or convincing the kids that Santa knows all about them. They have mikes and earphones and can tell santa what pictures and stuff the kids do while waiting to see him.

Have a suckler cow that calved outside over a week ago. Haven't got around to putting her in yet. She's cute out and heads off with the calf when I try to get her in. Last night it rained a lot here so this morning thought the calf would be miserable. She was sprinting around the field leaping like a young buck.

Oh was stopped at a checkpoint yesterday morning at 8am in his lorry. They were breathalysing. He was done for no seat belt. Just goes to show if you are going to drive the next morning you need to drink less or get a lift to were you're going. Not worth the chance

Are you sure? From memory there was a case last year where a young lad was stopped and because the tractor was fitted with a second seat he was done for not having a driver with a full license accompany him.
I'm using my phone so cannot find the article to link.
