    I recently bought a 6 month contract (€30 a month) for Eir mobile Broadband. It was a gift for my Aunt who lives in Monaghan. I was informed there would be excellent 4G coverage when I asked and gave the exact address. I’ve traveled down twice to assist her as the speed is extremely slow and only goes between 2G and 3G. Can you please help. I was sold a product that is not working as described / promised. Can you send somebody around to fix this issue please
