Would really appreciate advise here. Under previous management there was an offer of 10 visits for €90. New management have now decided to stop this offer. However this is a verbal communication from the staff. Under the new management, their current website still applies this old offer. Can I still look for this offer?…

There is a mismatch on the offer on the existing site and what the staff will offer.

You can ask but they're not required to sell. If they persist advertising it, it would be false advertising which has penalties but no compulsion to supply
