Email folders Vanished !!

    Hi,

    I have got a problem with my eir email account.
    For some reason all my folders ( left hand side under Mail  ) have disappeared...
    If I log in through another device, they are all there  !!
    How can I get all my files back ?
    Has anyone any experience of this before ?
    Any suggestions will be welcome ...

    I cannot get through to the number you quoted.
    It keeps asking for my account number, which I don't have.
    I'm now with Vodafone, ( they said to contact you ) 
    Any assistance in getting through to your technical team would be appreciated.

    I'm afraid if you are not a customer of ours you will be unable to get through to the support team this way.
