    54m Swim, 4.09h bike and a sub 3 run from Bryan McCrystal today in Roth. Outstanding result. New Irish record surely?

    8:07 I reckon it is. 2015 he broke Liam’s record which was 8:40ish I believe to go 8:30. Not sure if it’s goine lower than that?

    Serious impressive. 3rd fastest bike split and only fractionally outside of Froendo's previous course record.
    Beaten only by Wurf and Kenile who both beat the course record.

    When you can bike like that you always have a chance of a good finish..............

    Amazing performance. Serious swim gains in the last couple of years for BMC. Awesome run after that bike :cool:

    very impresive !!! and man did he fly the run at the start there was some tail wind but he was running really fast.

    steady improvement in the swim and run each year. looks leaner than in previous years too.

    Still Roth must be a really quick bike course for him to get that split as it seems a big enough improvement on his other IM splits?
