I agree with all this. This is an important week for Cork as the M28 is having its planning application decision. This is a key project for the future of Cork and an inability to get past An Bord Pleanala could signal issues with further, potentially more contentious, but critical projects being planned in the Cork area, including attempts to progress taller buildings in Downtown Cork.
