Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Really buzzing around Inishowen now with the Irish Open kicking off in a few days.

Place has been all cleaned up, looking well.

Let's hope the weather holds up for the tournament. Eyes are on the NW again, hopefully we can put on a great show and highlight whats good about the area.

The setup out around the course looks great, looking forward to being at a major sporting event so close to me.

Not going myself as I have no interest in golf even though I have 2 tickets for it. But its a great boost for the county though not just the extra boost to the local economy but its a fantastic opportunity to showcase what Donegal has to offer visitors from near and far.

How does golf work as a spectator sport. Does the crowd follow the golfers from hole to hole?

You can, or else pick a spot and stand there all day, so you see all the groups coming through at some stage.

    Your call.

Heading up Sat morning for the golf and staying over in Greencastle for a bit of socialising that night cant wait. I worked in Carndonagh for a few years and know the area quite well, I would imagine the atmosphere up there will be excellent.

Have a 4 day pass spare if anyone reading this would know of a buyer.

It was bought at early bird prices and price is negotiable.
