Survey found Fibreglass used as fire proofing material on party wall

#1 I have just received my surveyors report for a house The surveyor found fiberglass fitted as fire-proofing/blocking material on a party wall, in between the joists and the wall itself. The wall seems to be brick. How much would it be to hire someone to replace these? Or could it be done by myself? Thanks
