Bulding a Retaining wall

Hello, I have a 12m length of flower bed support by 3 sleepers. The sleepers are retained by 10 wood posts into concrete. I would like to replace that with a block wall (cavity block) which will be 3 blocks high. Anybody could give me an idea of what to expect cost wise? Thank you.
