Card Blocked in Canada

    Hi My Daughters card is blocked.
    She's working in Canada for the summer.

    What does she need to do?
    Can I do it for her?

    She does not have international calls on her mobile.

    Please advise asap.

    Happened to me in the US a few years ago.

    She needs to phone the bank, verify her identity and they will unblock it for her.

    I'm sure she can get to a phone somewhere.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

    If your daughters card has been flagged with our Security Team, could you ask her if she received any recent SMS or email from the Team and replied to it advising transactions are genuine?

    If she has not received message by SMS/ email she will need to call our Security Team on 00353 56775 7007, sorry you will not be able to call on her behalf.
