    Hi A friend is buying a used apartment and wondering if any claim back possible from revenue etc. ?
    HTB is for new builds. So doesn’t apply ?
    DIRT reclaim is also finished ?

    No benefit given if you buy.

    If can’t afford to rent of course there is RAS HAP and Rent Allowance
