Before going on holidays I put the licenses in a safe place so I wouldn't lose them. Can't for the life of me find them now. What is the procedure for getting replacement licenses and is it difficult?

It’s simple, had to get it done a few months back for one of mine. Called into my local fella he just went on the computer and into my record and requested a reprint, said any guard can do it. The license arrived about a week later and no charge or form to be filled out. I was surprised how easy the process was.
