Didn't someone say it's the best time to get a city mid in, when he misses a game, cause that will be his rest and should have a run of games thereafter.

I would have preferred if Salah was benched. I wonder with TAA starting tonight does that mean he's going to be benched at the weekend.

Salah was never getting rested tonight. Liverpool have no midweek game next week, so that will be the rest.

I did. Before the Huddersfield game I though he would be, but with the injuries in midfield Klopp was going to need Shaqiri in there, who I figured would have replaced Salah tonight.

To say he was never being rested probably is a bit OTT of me, I suppose I mean that once the squad for tonight was known, Salah became a definite starter.

EDIT: I also predicted he would start last weekend so I was half right!
