Didn't see the game but Son has now played 70+ mins four times in 10 days. Kane, Eriksen, Alli and Moura have all started a game on the bench in that time. Wouldn't surprise me if Son was on the bench this weekend although these things are very hard to predict.

It's possible but I don't see the advantage in that for Poch given he has good alternatives and it's only Burnley they are playing. Given his importance to the team and their chances of going far, Son could rack up serious minutes at the Asian Cup, that after getting flogged over Christmas would probably mean writing off his first month back which is not what Poch will want.
