SK play Qatar on Friday in the qf. Assuming they win, Son would miss GW24 and if they make the final he would miss GW25. Spurs likely have a blank in GW27 and play Chelsea and Arsenal in between CL games. A lot of people saying that they will get Son in as soon as he is back, I'll be waiting a while at least.

I agree
He prob needs to build match fitness but I would still have expected he only played maybe 30 minutes in both cup games

Pretty much. If Burton get 10, City will still go through on away goals after extra time.

I'm fairly sure people were reading it last week as Jesus has to start both the cup games.

If Aguero starts the FA Cup game, folk be saying that Pep trusts Aguero more and he'll defo start the Newcastle game.

With Pep you can't be sure of anything.

Spurs look like a team to avoid now regardless of fixtures.

Emerson was brilliant tonight by the way and is rightly drawing plaudits across the board.

I know Sarri likes what Alonso offers at defensive set pieces in terms of height, but given Alonso’s performances lately, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Emerson get some league starts.
