Hey guys, I have been living near the Old Hospital in Wexford Town my whole life and seen as I am taking a BA Of Fine Arts in Photography I think that some practice shots and some exploration wont do much harm. So I was wandering does anybody know how to get permission to enter the property or can I just walk right in. I'm not saying I want to go inside although I would like to, I am simply wanting to take pictures. Any help whatsoever will be appreciated.

HSE own the site you can ask but don't expect a response. The site and building is closed to the public but photographers have trespassed to take photographs of outside and inside. The condition inside isn't great or safe but if you did decide to trespass well perhaps bring someone with you incase of accident occurring.

Plenty have trespassed it's up to yourself to decide.

Of course trespass is breaking the law

Be aware that the rear of the old hospital is still in use.

Trespass is a civil matter unless the OP intends to cause damage or instil fear.

Failing to act on the order of a Garda is a criminal offence

I think the old mortuary area is now used as office space.
